I’ll find and remove any viruses or spyware on your Mac and offer advise on your current antivirus.

I’ll back up the data on your hard drive so if you lose anything, you’ll have a spare copy of it.

System Reset

I’ll return your Mac to factory settings so you can start afresh. This would also be handy if you were selling the device. This resolves most operating system issues.

Hard Drive Upgrade

New Device Setup

Just got your new Mac but have no idea how to set it up? Don't worry I can help. I will make sure you have all the settings correctly configured and will also make sure you are storing your data somewhere safe such as cloud storage.

Cloud Storage

I would firstly explain what cloud storage is and how cloud storage works. I would then discuss the cloud options available and which best suits your needs whether that be Google Drive, OneDrive or iCloud.

I would then start uploading your files and photos to the chosen cloud storage. Once they have been uploaded I will make sure you have the apps on all your devices so you are able to access your files and sync across devices.

(There may be additional costs depending on the amount of data you need to backup, all of which can be discussed)
